Short version: I collect what you send me in the contact form, I use it to reply to you, and I don't sell or share it. The long version is below.

Who I am

What I collect
Information you send me. When you submit the contact form, I receive your name, business name, email address, phone number, current website, selected package and timeline, and whatever you write in the message field. That's it — there are no hidden fields.
Basic technical information. Like any website, the hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and aggregate traffic counts.
How I use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and deliver work if you hire me. I don't add you to a mailing list, I don't send marketing you didn't ask for, and I don't sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
Who else touches it
This site is hosted on Netlify, and contact form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify Forms before reaching my email. Email is handled through my email provider. These providers process data on my behalf under their own privacy terms.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking or advertising scripts. Fonts are served from this site's own server rather than a third party, so loading a page doesn't tell anyone else you visited.
How long it's kept
Enquiries are kept as long as they're useful for the working relationship, and deleted on request.
Your choices
Email me and ask to see, correct or delete anything you've sent, and I'll handle it. No forms, no process.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13 and I don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
